I definitely didn't notice Allen quietly putting up that +14. As you mention, he's got a great defensive line. He almost matched Pierce in minutes. (Due to foul trouble.)
Now that we've seen TO Barrett's spotlight performance, there's just no arguing with the depth.

Crews will continue to vex fans but he's fine. He comes in at #9 in minutes if you ignore Shaw, who has become a non-factor. If you look at Crews' 3pt shooting, he's at 31% and Pierce at 35%. If Crews made his next 2 and Pierce missed his next 2, they'd be sitting at 33% apiece.
31% for a guy who can also get to the rim is not that bad. Not freakout when he enters the game bad. And we're probably seeing the worst Crews will ever shoot in a Mizzou uniform. It's only up from here.
