I think this is the most fed up I've heard you guys get. It's a pretty worrying sign when the calmest guys in the room are voicing their frustrations. And rightfully so.

Merry Christmas too you and fam, as well.

“3 pattle ass kicking” I love it and you’re so right.

I agree with everything you said.

When Gates first got here, and every time sense, I always thought he was a very over confident person. I know some times that can be a sign that a person is trying to cover up something. Listening to you, you never came out and said it….but you did say you wonder where their mind is?

I think Gates over confidence is a sign that he could be over his head. He’s young and still learning, but I think we are seeing a feeling the effects of not having a CY. He needs an older person to help him perhaps. The coach in Miami got CY to come home for the same reason Gate hired him.

Every coach at this level is stubborn. Its almost a job qualification. The good coaches are stubborn about the right things.

That he certainly is! But yeah you have to be confident….but Gates had me thinking from the beginning like it’s to good to be true! He’s also selective with his stubbornness. He sat Mack because he wasn’t fairing well with the jumbo. You so rightly pointed out Mack’s strengths, but Gates is stubborn when it comes to Shawn! It’s so obvious about Shawn, it’s a head scratcher why coach keeps running him out there. And no PNR’s??? I thought it was just me not seeing them…but yeah, that’s what Mack is! Wow!

I think Sam expressed it well. Hope they stick to what they are good at and scrap the rest.
