Missouri football overcame deficit of 14 points in the second half during the 2024 homecoming matchup against Auburn. The Tigers are now 6-1 overall with a record of 2-1 against SEC opponents.

Some key players that contributed to the 21-17 victory for Missouri included quarterback Brady Cook and safety Marvin Burks Jr. Cook, who returned in the third quarter after exiting the game because of an injury in the first quarter, led two touchdown drives, completed 11 out of 22 passing attempts, and reached 194 passing yards. While Burks led the Missouri defense with 10 total tackles.
